All of our beef is sourced from higher welfare farms specialising in Galloway, Beef Shorthorn, Aberdeen Angus bloodlines and our firm favourite, pedigree Red Devons, from within a 20 mile radius of our shop in South Molton, dry aged for a minimum of 28 days and prepared in our state of the art facility by our experienced butchers for a product unrivaled in flavour and tenderness.
